Abstract:	本研究擬以警政單位決策者的觀點，考量巡邏區之派出所間互相支援之整合、實際巡邏區勤務需求量隨機之變化、及相關的營運限制及目標，分別構建一隨機性分區規劃模式及一隨機性整合規劃模式，並擬依問題特性以問題分解技巧並結合CPLEX發展演算法，以有效地求解問題，最後以實務資料進行測試，驗證模式及演算法之績效。學術上，目前國內外針對隨機性需求之警察巡邏勤務排程規劃的相關文獻稀少，本計畫所擬發展的隨機模式及求解演算法，概念新穎，符合實務的運作，應具學術創意，可望提供國內外學術界參考。實務上，本計畫預期成果可提供本國警政單位參考，在目前有限的警力資源下，有效地規劃巡邏勤務，以達預防犯罪之目的，提升社會的安全。
