Abstract:	從學術的角度，本研究為第一個嘗試透過文字探勘技術與CPC專利分類系統架構進行跨語言專利文件檢索系統的開發，同時也針對目前專利檢索領域相關研究進行全面性探討與評估。本研究的產出將有助於其他相關研究同儕一個參考，也提出了另一種提昇專利文件檢索的研究方向。就實務角度來看，近年來市面上已有一些專利檢索系統，但檢索成效仍無法達到專利事務所的需求，且系統服務往往需要相當的費用。此外，在跨語言專利檢索系統上目前尚未有成熟的商業化應用，本研究如能開發出穩定度與準確度高的跨語言專利檢索系統，將有助於發明人與專利事務所更精準地掌握專利地圖，進而提供更縝密及精細之剖析整理分析資料。
