Abstract:	本計畫之目標是早期培育具學術研究潛力人才，有效利用我國科研資源，提升國家競爭力，最後達到社會繁榮之願景。計畫執行後，將會產生數個具有影響性的成果，其中包含：擴大學習分析成效，完善我國教育體制;活化既有資料，發揮資源投入之成本效益;跨學研單位資料交換以及研究合作之典範，擴散效益至國內各研究機構。
