    Abstract: 身為製造執行系統(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)供應廠商的一員,能為台灣產業多盡一分心力就是提供物美價廉有競爭力且功能強大的 MES幫助製造業提升競爭力,介紹 MES 重點的功能與系統各種作業表現。
    MES最重要的一環則是 WIP(Work In Process,WIP)模組,提供即時管控所有的生產活動和進出站記錄並可查詢報表,其中也可以掌握良品與不良品數量、管理在製品與完整的產品生產履歷收集記錄,產品製造生產線資訊透過MES全程掌握,並提高生產效益、降低生產成本。
    MES管理全工廠與企業所有生產作業與流程控制,它是一種大型有效率的
    資訊管理系統,本論文則是將大型且具有複雜作業流程控制的製造執行系統,以大型的系統再進行深度強化的建構程式模組化,優點則是卸除程式快速且可以大量減少客製化的成本,帶給企業使用者與供應商雙贏互惠的多樣性選擇機制,論文撰寫與製作會進行詳細說明與介紹多項功能進行 MES 加強深度模組化的執行與開發過程,經調查所有的文獻與發表的論文皆是在討論研究使用者角度,討論改善導入 MES 與使用者系統整合方法,並無文獻以供應商的角度進行技術改善和成本分析改善,本論文會著重於過站 WIP 模組改善為主的作法呈現與說明,並將其共用的需求資料導入在各個模組應用,本論文提出製造執行系統開發效率化的專案執行與導入改善流程與方法,盡其可能以改善方法與框架來陳述,以此論文提供有效的軟體系統開發貢獻參考閱讀。
    ;As a member of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) supplier, I can do more for Taiwan′s industry by providing affordable, competitive and powerful MES to help the manufacturing industry improve competitiveness, and introduce the key points of MES. Function and system performance of various operations.
    The most important part of MES is the WIP (Work In Process, WIP) module, which provides real-time control of all production activities and inbound and outbound records and can query reports, including the number of good and bad
    products, management of work in progress and complete the production history is collected and recorded, and the information of the product manufacturing production
    line is mastered through the MES, which can improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost.
    MES manages all production operations and process control of the whole factory and enterprise. It is a large-scale and efficient management system. This paper is to construct a large-scale and complex manufacturing execution system with complex operation process control, and then further strengthen the construction of a large-scale system. The advantage of program modularization is that it can be uninstalled quickly and can greatly reduce the cost of customization, bringing a win-win and mutually
    beneficial diversified selection mechanism for enterprise users and suppliers.
    The paper writing and production will give a detailed description and introduction of multiple functions to carry out the implementation and development process of MES
    to strengthen the deep modularization. After investigation, all the literature and published papers are discussing the research user′s point of view, and discussing the
    improvement of importing MES and users. System integration method, there is no literature on technical improvement and cost analysis improvement from the perspective of suppliers. This paper will focus on the presentation and explanation of
    the improvement of the WIP module through the station, and import the shared demand data into each module. This paper proposes the project execution and introduction improvement process and method of manufacturing execution system development efficiency, as far as possible to describe the improvement method and framework, this paper provides effective software system development contribution reference reading.
