    摘要: 全球銀行創新之父布雷特‧金恩(Brett King)在2018年其著作中提到銀行應該從根本上改變業務模式,不再只是單純地應用科技,而是將科技的技術融入日常生活中,讓金融服務無所不在。
    金融科技發展的變化也導致實體銀行經營型態的變化,銀行將重心由傳統實體分行逐漸移轉到虛實通路整合,服務的主導權也由銀行逐漸移轉到消費者,且未來銀行服務將到處都在,不一定只發生在銀行裡,消費者可以獲得更便利、更具效率的金融服務。
    台灣實體銀行近年加快數位轉型的速度,應抓住實行數位轉型時的重點,並克服轉型時所會遭遇的困難;實體分行雖然不會在未來的十年間消失,但是對日常銀行業務來說,其相對重要性一定會降低,只要分行能夠帶給客戶滿意的體驗,未來實體銀行還是有其存在的價值。
    針對國泰世華銀行的數位化發展策略深入研究,可看出其做了多項組織內部和文化的變更及各項業務的數位優化,只是就績效結果來看並沒有明顯的增加,但透過SWOT分析仍可得知在數位化浪潮下其具有的優勢與待改善的劣勢,能充分把握的機會與待解決的威脅。
    未來競爭的重點將是如何提供以及誰能提供給客戶金融創新的數位體驗,因此建議銀行、政府與其他業者能共同創造金融生態圈,提供給消費者能在各種場景都享受到數位體驗,並實現普惠金融。

    Changes in the development of financial technology have also led to changes in the business model of physical banks. Banks will gradually shift their focus from traditional physical branches to the integration of virtual and real channels, and the dominance of services will gradually shift from banks to consumers. In the future, banking services will be everywhere, not only in banks. Consumers can obtain more convenient and efficient financial services.
    Taiwan′s physical banks have accelerated their digital transformation in recent years. They should grasp the key points of digital transformation and overcome the difficulties encountered during the transformation. Although physical branches will not disappear in the next ten years, their importance to daily banking business will definitely decrease. As long as branches can bring customers a satisfactory experience, physical banks will still have their value in the future.
    In-depth research on Cathay United Bank′s digital development strategy shows that it has made a number of organizational and cultural changes and digital optimization of various businesses, but there is no obvious increase in performance results. Through SWOT analysis, it is still possible to know their advantages and disadvantages to be improved under the wave of digitalization, the opportunities that can be fully grasped and the threats to be solved.
    The focus of future competition will be how to provide and who can provide customers with digital experience of financial innovation. Therefore, it is suggested that banks and governments and other industry players can jointly create a financial ecosystem. Provide consumers with digital experience in various scenarios and achieve inclusive finance.
