Abstract:	在中國企業跨國投資情境中，面對不利地緣政治情況，我們對中國企業之避稅天堂(tax havens)的使用與國際化策略之間的關係知之甚少。本專題研究提出一個整合型架構探討中國企業之避稅天堂的使用之影響因素，盼研究結果對國際企業管理領域有更多之貢獻及產生豐富政策意涵供決策者參考。
