Abstract:	本計畫最終將產出一個適用於5G毫米波收發機的37–48.2-GHz非對稱式收發開關晶片。在計畫執行過程中，我們將完整訓練每一個參與計畫的研究人員；參與人員將可學習到毫米波晶片的設計與特性量測等技術。計畫之研究成果對於我國之5G相關產業將有所助益。對於學術界，亦可提昇相關技術之研究能量，培育更多具毫米波電路與晶片設計領域之實務專業的研發人才。
