    Abstract: 本計畫之執行結果除可進一步了解電離層Es層內的場列不規則體的特性與形成機制之外,並可應用於高頻地波雷達目標物回波頻譜中電離層干擾雜波的辨識、提取、與濾除,對於提升高頻地波雷達目標物的監測效能以及觀測品質,將有極大助益。此外,本計畫對於電離層不規則體特性的研究結果,亦可應用於高頻電離層天波雷達的越地平通信,透過電離層不規則體回波的掌握與濾除,可增加電離層天波越地平通信品質。
