台灣因中美貿易關稅問題以及疫情(COVID-19)控制相對於各國穩定下帶來 的轉單效應。絕大多公司在產能滿載的情況下,對於設備稼動重視程度與日俱增, 使得設備相關維護部門壓力也隨之增加,設備稼動率除了日常機況維修時間外, 對於各機器設備保養週期也逐條檢討。如何確實掌握(管理)設備保養週期定義是 工程部(設備)的首要之務。 本研究透過 Survival analysis 以 PCB 大廠 U 公司為個案-壓膜機設備保養週 期作為研究。研究中將蒐集壓膜機在不同參數下運行時間與異常停機數據,期望 透過 Survival analysis 建立模型,判斷影響機台保養週期因子,期望運用科學、 客觀跟數據分析的方式,找出合適的預防保養週期,作為設備維護單位策略訂定 的參考依據。;The U.S. and China trade war and containing the COVID-19 virus give Taiwan the advantage of Order-transfer effect. Due to the Order-transfer effect, the production capacity is fully loaded, and companies pay more attention to the utilization rate of equipment, which also increases the pressure on equipment-related maintenance departments. The key factors that affect the utilization rate of equipment include mastering the maintenance cycle and maintenance of the equipment, which is also the primary task of the engineering department. Through survival analysis, this research takes the U company which is the PCB factory as a research case to study the maintenance cycle of its laminating machine equipment. Finally, through objective scientific analysis, find a suitable machine maintenance cycle as a reference for equipment maintenance related units to formulate strategies
