Abstract:	本研究開發「圓偏振片特徵軸夾角量測技術」，用於量測圓偏振片的特徵軸夾角，有助於提升圓偏振片貼合過程之對位精度，以及檢測圓偏振片貼合後之規格。;This study develops a measurement of angle between optical axes of circular polarizer, which can improve the alignment accuracy of the circular polarizer process and detect the specifications of the circular polarizer.
