現今製造業面臨,人工招聘不容易,人事成本每年不段的增加。終端客戶除了品質要求,更想要價格能夠降低。面對這種環境只能透過產業製造的升級,精實的管理手段和改善方法,來降低成本,提高效率和品質,以提昇產業競爭力。 本研究以工業相機的生產流程,進行探討。文中個案公司著重於製造組裝時的工藝流程的排列方式。從廠房Layout平面,到生產流程工藝拆分模組化,到重組排列。如何提升生產產能方式,提供日後企業導入精實生產前之決策參考。;Nowadays, the manufacturing industry is faced with many problems, such as manual recruitment is not easy, and personnel costs are increasing every year. In addition to quality requirements, terminal customers want to reduce the price. Facing this kind of environment, only through the upgrading of industrial manufacturing, sophisticated management means and improvement methods, can we reduce costs, improve efficiency and quality, and enhance industrial competitiveness. This research is based on the production process of industrial camera. In this paper, the case company focuses on the arrangement of the process flow during manufacturing and assembly, from the layout plane of the plant to the modularization of the production process, to the reorganization and arrangement. How to improve the mode of production capacity, to provide future decision-making reference for enterprises before importing refined production.
