面臨氣候變遷各國政府相繼提出「2050淨零排放」目標與行動,臺灣政府也於2022年3月正式公布「臺灣2050淨零排放路徑及策略總說明」政策推動目標,宣布第一階段的電動機車市售在2030年要達35%。台灣機車產業面臨未來如何加快電動機車新產品上市,短縮研發專案開發時間的壓力。 有鑒於24小時連續生產用於提高產品製造效率,本研究旨在探討提供一種24小時連續不間斷的概念,應用於電動機車產品研發專案管理的可行性。24小時研發專案管理概念是國際企業可有效運用其3個全球化研發據點資源,利用時差約各8小時之團隊成員,在各自白天正常工作時區內工作,讓專案以3班制輪流24小時不停的交接方式進行,使原本需要在三天內完成的工作可以在一個24小時循環內完成。 透過對相關文獻24小時知識工廠概念的研究探討發現,將人腦知識的勞動類型工作數位化之後,可用24小時不停之地點間傳遞運轉,並且已有應用於軟體開發的實績。本研究模擬針對個案公司選擇3個海外據點,進行軟硬體環境建置與人才培育的事前準備、建立共通的技術與溝通語言以及明確的開發體制,依實際電動機車產品案例統計發生的總開發人力推算,可大幅減少專案研發時間。除了軟體與電動機車產品之外,也提供其他產業研究應用可能性的參考。;In the face of climate change, governments have agreed to submit "2050 Net Zero Emissions" goals and actions. The Taiwan government also officially released " Taiwan’s Pathway to Net Zero Emissions in 2050 " in March 2022. In the first phase of 2030, 35% of scooter sales are electric. Taiwan′s scooter industry is facing the pressure of how to speed up the launch of new electric scooters and shorten the development time of R&D projects. In consideration of 24-hour continuous manufacturing used to improve production efficiency, this study aims to explore the possibility of a 24-hour non-stop concept for R&D project management of electric scooters. The concept of a 24-hour R&D project management is that international companies can use their resources of three global R&D bases properly, each team member with a time difference of about 8 hours would work during the normal workday hours in their time zone, so the project can be rotated 24 hours a day in 3 shifts. The work that needed to be completed within three days may now be done within a 24-hour cycle. Through the study on the concept of a 24-hour knowledge factory in the literature review, it found that after digitizing the labor work of human brain knowledge, it can be transferred and operated 24 hours a day, and it has been applied to software development. This study simulated the selection of 3 overseas bases for the case company, preparations for the establishment of the software and hardware environment and talent training, the establishment of the same technical language and communication language, and a defined development system. According to the calculated total development man-hours of the electric scooter product, the project development time can be substantially reduced. In addition to software and electric scooter products, this study also provided research references for other industrial application possibilities.
