    Abstract: 近年來台灣營建產業正面臨工資上漲、勞力短缺等問題,但目前營建專案大多還是採用需要大量勞力的場鑄混凝土工法為主,導致工期展延或無法發包等現象一再出現,未來在少子化的影響下,以上問題會日益嚴重,而預鑄技術有利於改善以上問題。近年來預鑄技術的使用也有逐漸增加的趨勢,但目前多數參與建築工程之設計與施工廠商,對於預鑄技術的使用及設計流程並不清楚,甚至毫無頭緒;另一方面,建築資訊建模(Building Information Modeling,BIM)技術之使用也已日漸成熟,應用在傳統場鑄混凝土建築專案之設計效益不在話下,但是應用於預鑄混凝土建築專案之設計卻相對缺乏,造成國內營建產業要推動預鑄技術十分困難。因此,本研究首先針對國內營建產業之預鑄設計流程及BIM 應用情形進行專家訪談,彙整出國內建築工程在統包模式下之設計流程,建立通用性之預鑄BIM 元件及元件應用流程,並以實際案例模擬本研究所提出之預鑄BIM 元件應用流程。最後,再進行專家驗證以證實本研究所提出之流程之合理性及可行性,並提出看法與建議。期望本研究所彙整之統包模式下之預鑄設計流程、預鑄BIM 元件及預鑄BIM 元件應用流程,有助於日後統包商或建築師等設計角色在進行預鑄建築專案之設計時,能清楚掌握預鑄設計執行流程與BIM 元件的應用時機。;Recently, the construction industry in Taiwan has encountered with several problems, such as rising wage and labor shortage, but most of construction projects still use casting-in-place concrete method that require lots of labors. As the result, construction projects commonly complete with extended duration or are unable to contract out repeatedly. All these problems will become more serious with the situation of low fertility rate. Prefabrication construction method (PCM) is helpful to solve the problems based on the experience in other countries. In Taiwan, the use of PCM has gradually increased in the past few years. However, the problem is that most of architect and constructor does not understand how to use PCM in their design process, even they know nothing about it. On the other hand, although the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) has become more and more mature in the construction industry, but to use BIM for PCM is rare relatively. Above situations cause the difficulty of promoting PCM in domestic construction industry. Therefore, this research conducted first expert-interview to understand the practice of PCM in the design process and BIM application in domestic construction industry. This study structured the design process of PCM under the DB (Design-
    Build) approach and developed common BIM components as well as application process for PCM. Furthermore, this study examined the BIM component in proposed PCM application
    process by a simulated project. Finally, this study conducted second expert-interview to confirm the rationality and feasibility of BIM components in PCM design process. It is anticipated that the proposed design process for PCM under DB approach will be useful for architects and constructors to know what PCM design process is and when is the timing to use the proposed BIM components.
