    Abstract: 本計畫探討經理人人格特質如何對公司各項決策的同儕效應產生影響,同儕效應與經理人過度自信皆對企業決策具有顯著影響,同儕效用屬於經理人決策時會傾向參考外部同業決策,過度自信經理人則是決策是會較堅持自己的判斷,研究結論將有助於我們更了解企業的決策依據何時會採納同業作法何時會以自身判斷為主。
