    题名: 潛望鏡式五百萬畫素十三倍光學變焦鏡頭於溫度-5°C至50°C溫差分析與八百萬畫素超廣角鏡頭之手機雙鏡頭設計

    摘要: 本論文為五百萬畫素潛望鏡式光學變焦鏡與超八百萬畫素廣角鏡頭之光學設計,潛望鏡式的規格為十三倍光學變焦,焦距範圍(4.29 mm~56.99 mm 13.258變倍比),鏡頭不含稜鏡;含1片玻璃與1片IR Filter總長度為48.9mm、F#3.38~7.9、半視角為23.07°~1.84°,為了補足視角不足額外設計的超廣角鏡頭規格為,半視角為82°、F/#2.42、焦距1.587mm,鏡頭總長度含IR Filter為18.7mm。
    鑒於溫度對鏡片參數之變化,針對潛望鏡式的規格做-5°C、50°C溫度變化,需考量鏡片折射率的溫度係數(dn/dT),藉由變焦鏡光學系統本身移動間距的功能,給予調整優化後,分析其光學成像品質;調整後MTF值皆大於40%,常溫下(22C)MTF值大於62.3%,|SMTF-TMTF|(設計空間頻率)皆小於7.8%,且優於調整前的8.2%。而超廣角鏡頭的MTF值為61.1%以上,SMTF-TMTF|(設計空間頻率)小於7.4%,F-theta畸變小於1.38%。
    最後也針對雙鏡頭進行機構設計,其機構長、寬、高分別為69mm、35mm、19mm,機身為鋁合金材質,尺寸皆符合行動裝置使用。
    該雙鏡頭光學系統整體變倍比可達到35.91倍。

    ;This thesis is the optical design of the 5-megapixel periscope type optical zoom lens and the 8-megapixel Ultra wide-angle lens. especially, Periscope-type specification is 13 times the optical zoom, and the focal length range (4.29 mm~56.99 mm 13.258 zoom ratio), the lenses haven′t included the prism; but include one piece of glass and one piece of IR Filter then its total length is 48.9mm, F#3.38~7.9, and the half-view angle of view is 23.07°~1.84°. The Ultra wide-angle lens specification is a half-view angle is 82°, F/#2.42, and a focal length is 1.587mm. The total length of lens including the IR Filter is 18.7mm.
    For the temperature change of -5°C and 50°C for the specifications of the periscope, the temperature coefficient of the refractive index of the lens (dn/dT) needs to be considered, and the function of the moving distance of the zoom lens optical system itself is adjusted and optimized, and then analyzed. Optical imaging quality MTF values after adjustment are all greater than 40%. MTF values at normal temperature (22°C) are greater than 60%, |SMTF-TMTF| (design space frequency) are both less than 7.7% and are better than 8.2% before adjustment.
    The MTF value of the Ultra wide-angle lens is above 61.1% and the SMTF-TMTF| (design space frequency) is less than 7.4% and the F-theta distortion is less than 1.38%.
    The overall zoom ratio of the dual camera′s optical system can achieve 35.91 times. Finally, an optical mechanism is designed for dual cameras. The length, width, and height of the mechanism are 69mm, 35mm, and 19mm respectively. The body is made of aluminum alloy, and the size is suitable for mobile devices.
