Abstract:	本整合計畫基於過去監測網建置與運作經驗，參與七海國際實驗(7-SEAS)，結合東南亞各國，推動東南亞氣膠監測網(PMSEAnet)，在台灣建置國際平台，進行資料交換、技術開發、教育訓練、資料庫、科學指引。探討區域大氣污染物物理與化學行為及大氣輻射效應，評估其對區域環境與氣候之影響。2024春季推展與NASA/ASIA-AQ飛航實驗協作，進行高屏地區密集觀測，探討區域與本地空污問題。本整合計畫配合新南向政策推動，不僅使我國在相關研究成為區域領導地位，亦吸引人才至台灣進行研究與就學，國內廠商亦藉此平台獲得展示與推廣機會。本計畫成果不僅展現於科研面，也反映於外交、經濟、教育、社會面。
