    Abstract: 我們先前的研究成果顯示,水稻之CCR4-NOT complex中不同的CAF1成員,可調控不同下游基因的mRNA poly (A) tail長度,並參與調控基因表現機制。近來我們證實OsCAF1A與OsCAF1H與水稻抗高溫逆境有關。本計畫將釐清水稻中OsCAF1A與OsCAF1H參與調控下游與耐高溫逆境基因mRNA poly(A)長度的分子機制。在學術研究上,瞭解水稻基因表現在後轉錄階段的調控機制,完整的建構水稻細胞在訊息傳導路徑、環境逆境耐受性與基因調控之詳細網路。在應用上研究,提供開發抗高溫逆境水稻之基礎。
