Abstract:	預期的影響性:第一、闡明異丁香酚對人類大腸癌細胞生長、遷移和侵入能力的影響之訊息傳遞機制(例如AMPK/AKT/ATF3/Cadherin/MAPK/MMP訊息分子)；第二、瞭解異丁香酚在離體與活體對大腸癌細胞生長與轉移的作用，由於大腸癌是癌症死亡率中排名第二位，與食品營養物和草藥成分關係密切，研發成果可做為與營養物或草藥相關的大腸癌疾病之重要參考依據；第三、瞭解異丁香酚對不同時期大腸癌細胞生長和轉移作用的差異性訊息元素，在學術發展上可提供專業知識與智慧財產專利價值。
