Abstract:	觀察者恐懼行為是藉由觀察他人遭受負面刺激所產生的恐懼行為，進而自身也產生出類似的行為現象，此行為的展現在動物及人類都具有，對在社會中生存是非常重要的。觀察者恐懼的失調與多種精神疾病有關包含自閉症、人格障礙症等。壓力也容易導致精神疾病，但目前尚末釐清是否壓力會造成觀察者恐懼行為的缺失以及大腦的機制。因此本計畫旨在探討壓力對觀察者恐懼的影響以及其腦中杏仁核神經迴路機制。計畫的結果有助於釐清壓力與觀察學習行為之關聯。
