摘要: | 陸軍保養勤務中以各營級單位二級廠為基礎,亦為國軍基層裝備保 養之重要單位,保養勤務為優先,不應受任務、支援、勤務及休假等因 素所影響。陸軍二級廠派工依照預排裝備進廠表由管制士依照人員現況、 任務需求及經驗常數進行派工排班,雖原派工模式可如期完成每一季度 裝備保養勤務,然其中仍有其不足之處,若可將派工限制建構數學模式, 求得最佳派工結果,可以使任務在更加公平且有品質的情況下完成。 本研究以陸軍工兵營二級廠為例,目的在求得人員最佳化的排班結 果,透過數學模式與電腦軟體 LINGO 18.0,輸出 EXCEL 資料,建構最 佳化的排班模式,後續透過敏感度分析,檢視人員、裝備異動及廠房容 納量排班最佳化結果,日後可供各單位領導幹部做為排班的參考,以節 省時間、成本提高工作的效益,且達到最接近同工同酬的派工結果。 ;2nd level maintenance workshop at all levels is the basis within the Army maintenance service, that is, a pivot section in the grassroots equipment maintenance, which do not being subjected to mission, support, service, day off and so on. Human resource dispatching in Army 2nd level maintenance depends on the pre-arranged schedule, which scheduled by the master sergeant of supervision based on the personnel assignment, mission requirement and the empirical constant. Although the maintenance of equipment can be done punctually in every quarter, but still, there are some flaws that can be improved within the system, If we use a mathematical model for limiting personnel to optimize for a better result, the model can allow missions to be done in a fairer and high standard condition. This research took the 2nd engineer battalion of the Army for example, the purpose is to find the best personnel assignment by using optimization. With the mathematical model and LINGO 18.0 software, it’ll be easier and more efficient to send out Excel data and to construct a better assignment schedule, after the whole process, we can use Sensitivity analysis to examine the change in personnel, equipment and the optimized result from capacity assignment in workshops. These data can provide commanders or leaders at all levels as a reference for assigning jobs. Quantification benefits the system from saving more time, reducing cost and improving efficiency, also makes the assignments on personnel more reasonable which avoid misusing the personnel. |
