近年隨著各新興都會區快速發展,人口數逐年攀升,周邊交通規劃更顯重要,交通運輸載具除須考慮便利快捷、舒適安全之外,亦須具備綠能環保等特性,才能符合永續節能之目標,於眾多交通工具中,捷運即符合前述條件,為維護捷運正常效能,日常檢修尤為關鍵,然而檢修任務需仰賴大量維修人力配合,因此人力資源分配考驗著決策者的判斷。 本研究係針對捷運營運核心系統之號誌系統維修人力排班公平性進行探討,透過客觀數據搭配實務需求,採用數學0-1整數規劃方式,利用電腦軟體LINGO 17.0求解,即可求得號誌系統維修人力排班最佳化模式,藉由調整人力數量及排休天數等參數,分析整體影響,其研究結果可提供決策者編排人力時之參考依據。 ;In recent times, the burgeoning growth of emerging metropolitan areas has led to a steady rise in population figures. Consequently, the strategic development of transportation infrastructure in the surrounding areas has assumed greater significance. Apart from considerations of convenience, comfort, and safety, the incorporation of environmentally-friendly features in transportation vehicles is imperative to achieve the objective of sustainable energy conservation. The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system satisfies the aforementioned criteria among the various methods of transportation. The regular upkeep of the MRT is crucial for its optimal functioning. However, undertaking the maintenance tasks necessitates a significant amount of human resources, thereby posing a challenge for decision makers to judiciously allocate these resources. This study concerns the equitability of scheduling maintenance personnel for the central system of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) operations. With objective data and practical requirements, the mathematical 0-1 integer programming method was adopted and the computer software LINGO 17.0 was used to solve for the optimal model of maintenance manpower scheduling for the traffic signal system. The results of the study may provide a reference for decision makers when scheduling manpower.
