全球供應鏈變得越來越複雜且風險不斷增加。這對企業帶來了更多的挑戰和困難。不可靠供應是指當供應鏈中的某個環節出現問題時，例如原材料短缺、生產設備故障或物流延誤，都可能導致供應鏈無法正常運作，進而影響企業的業務運營和客戶滿意度。因此了解和解決供應鏈不可靠供應的問題對於企業實現長期可持續發展非常重要。可以通過與供應商建立良好的合作關係，加強溝通和協調，以減少供應鏈中的不確定性和風險。而通路協調已經廣泛運用在許多論文中，其目的是為了讓整體供應鏈利潤最大化，讓供應商和零售商雙方都比沒協調的時候來的大。 為了更好地理解和解決這個問題，本研究構建了四種不同的模型。在模型中零售商會因為與供應商認知的風險不一樣，導致期望利潤出現偏差。我們分別討論供應鏈成員在四種環境中的決策行為。同時，研究探討如何利用協調機制來解決供應鏈成員因錯誤決策而導致利潤偏差的問題。協調機制可以幫助不同供應鏈成員共享信息、協同決策，從而降低供應鏈中的不確定性和風險，提高整個供應鏈的可靠性和效能。總結而言，本研究通過建立四種不同模型來描繪供應鏈成員的決策行為，並利用協調機制來解決供應鏈中錯誤決策導致的利潤偏差問題。由研究結果可以觀察到，站在零售商的立場，協調機制在四種情境中不是全然有效。但對供應商來說可以有效的緩解風險。 ;Global supply chain become more complex and risk. This brings more challenges and difficulties to enterprises. Therefore, for businesses to achieve long-term development, it is crucial to comprehend and address the issue of unreliable supply chain. It is possible to reduce uncertainty and risk in the supply chain by establishing a good cooperative relationship with suppliers and strengthening communication and coordination. Channel coordination has been widely used in many papers, and Its goal is to increase the whole supply chain′s profit such that both the supplier and the retailer benefit more than they would without coordination. With the goal to comprehend and resolve this problem better., four different models were constructed in this paper. In the model, because the retailer perceives risk differently than the supplier does, the predicted profit will be biased in the retailer′s decision. We discuss supply chain members′ decision-making behavior in each of the four scenarios. At the same time, the study explores how to use the coordination mechanism to solve the problem of profit deviation caused by wrong supply chain members′ decisions. The coordination mechanism can assist diverse supply chain members in sharing information and coordinating decision-making, decreasing uncertainty and risk in the supply chain and enhancing overall supply chain reliability and efficiency. In summary, this paper describes the decision-making behavior of supply chain members by establishing four different models, and uses the coordination mechanism to solve the problem of profit deviation caused by wrong decisions in the supply chain. The research observations show that from the retailer′s perspective, the coordination mechanism is not fully effective in the four scenarios. But it can effectively mitigate risk for supplier.
