Zhang Mo is known as an important promoter of modern Chinese poetry publishing. There are many studies on his publishing and poetry creation in academic circles, but there is little discussion on the large number of travel poems in his later creative career.
The purpose of this thesis is to explore Zhang Mo′s travel poetry writing, by examining the places he visited during different life stages, in order to explore the writing context, expression techniques and ways of responding to himself and life behind the poems.
