    摘要: 在台灣機車騎乘者眾多,但目前在機車儀表板的量測上並沒有一
    種有效且客觀的評估方式,國際上所制定的法規也僅有一般性的指引,
    並未對實際量測值做出限制,因此本研究提出了一套針對機車儀表板外
    殼鏡面防眩光處理的量測和分析方法,透過本研究之量測與評估可快速
    分析該儀表板鏡面的性能並提供相對客觀的評價結果,在將來若有新型
    的儀表板外殼處理結果也可透過此方法來進行分析。
    在儀表板的處理方面,防眩光處理是指在鏡面兩側上塗上一層特殊
    的材料或是進行加工處理,以減少反射和眩光。使機車騎乘者在室外陽
    光下能清楚看見儀表板資訊與維持眼睛舒適度。
    為了評估這種處理的效果,本研究提出了一種基於光學量測的分析
    方法。研究中首先介紹了防眩光處理對機車儀表板外殼鏡面反射的影響,
    並解釋了眩光和清晰度的概念。接下來在量測方面本研究指定了六種不
    同防眩光處理的樣品進行量測,其中前五組樣品包含 AG、AR、蛾眼膜
    等現今市面上所常見的處理組合,最後一組則是針對新型的磁控微結構
    抗反射膜的量測,透過本研究的分析量測方法可對這幾種處理進行評估
    並比較新型磁控膜與常見處理的改善結果,最終比較結果得知,新型磁
    控膜比起市面常見處理其效果最高可提升約 35%。

    ;In Taiwan, there are a large number of motorcycle riders, but currently, there
    is no effective and objective evaluation method for measuring motorcycle
    dashboards. The international regulations in place provide only general guidelines
    and do not impose restrictions on actual measurement values. Therefore, this study
    proposes a measurement and analysis method for anti-glare treatment on the
    surface of motorcycle dashboard casings. Through the measurements and
    evaluations conducted in this study, the performance of the dashboard surface can
    be quickly analyzed, and relatively objective evaluation results can be provided.
    To evaluate the effectiveness of this treatment, this study presents an optical
    measurement-based analysis method. The study first introduces the impact of anti glare treatment on the reflectivity of motorcycle dashboard casing surfaces and
    explains the concepts of glare and clarity. Subsequently, in terms of measurement,
    this research specifies six different samples with various anti-glare treatments for
    measurement. The first five samples include commonly used treatments such as
    AG, AR, and moth-eye films available in the market. The final sample focuses on
    the measurement of a new type of magnetically controlled microstructure anti reflective coating. Through the analysis and measurement methods proposed in
    this study, these treatments can be evaluated, and the improvement results of the
    new magnetically controlled coating can be compared with the commonly used
    treatments. The final comparison results show that the effect of the new magnetron
    film can be increased by up to about 35% compared with the common treatment
    methods on the market.
