本研究運用IDEO 公司創辦人史丹佛大學教授 David M. Kelley,所提出之以人為核心的設計思考理論(Design Thinking),實際的導入在個案公司,透過此方法論,重新定義使用者在訊息公告系統的需求,找到問題本質進而改善問題。
研究結果發現訊息公告系統的有效運用,並非表面追求的閱讀率的提升,而是要從本質中讓使用者的需求得到滿足。透過此個案公司的研究,期能為各家企業組織在訊息公告系統上的應用,提供具體、有效的方向以做為參考。;After the digital age, electronic message announcement systems have been widely adopted by most businesses and organizations, allowing for quick and convenient dissemination of messages to employees, thus improving work efficiency and quality. Users within these organizations have different requirements for message announcements. Have their needs been met? Has the message announcement system been effectively utilized? This study will investigate the underlying needs of the users through practical implementation.
This study utilized the human-centered design thinking theory proposed by David M. Kelley, the founder of IDEO and a professor at Stanford University, and applied it in a case company. Through this methodology, the study redefined the users′ needs for a messaging announcement system, identified the root of the problem, and subsequently solved the issue.
The research results indicated that the effective use of the message announcement system is not just about increasing the reading rate, which is a superficial pursuit, but rather about meeting the users′ needs from its essence. Through this case study, it is hoped that concrete and effective directions can be provided as a reference for various corporate organizations in the application of message announcement systems.
