Abstract:	本研究計畫的預期效益建立影響承包商報價行為特徵模型、建立承包商報價行為模型及提出基於深度學習演算法工程建立工程專案先進智慧報價行為智慧系統，系統透過巨量資料應用及人工智慧分析呈現貼近真實的報價數據讓決策者更有機會獲得最佳決策，預期研究成果亦解決了過去承包廠商總是因資料不全等問題在相關報價爭議、履約爭議等調解仲裁中無法有立場主張權益的窘境。本智慧平台預期成果亦提供給政府單位或私人專案業主訂定發包金額決策參考應用，業主可檢視發包金額之合理性，避免過低價格造成工程品質下降，影響民眾公共利益受損。
