摘要:	隨著全球氣候變化的日益加劇，各國紛紛制定節能減碳政策，以應對全球氣候變化帶來的挑戰。本文以個案研究方式探討個案公司的節能減碳策略、方法與效益，分析其在節能減碳方面的成果和貢獻。本文除探討個案公司的節能減碳理念和政策，亦分別從建築節能、生產節能、產品節能、運輸節能等介紹個案公司的節能減碳措施，並彙總個案公司節能減碳的效益。個案公司是一家致力於節能減碳的企業，堅持綠色低碳發展與推動節能減碳政策，個案公司不斷尋求各種節能減碳方法，使得其生產和經營活動對環境的影響減至最小。本研究發現，在ESG浪潮下，致力實施節能減碳的企業較容易贏得投資者的青睞，且實施節能減碳不但不會增加營運成本，反而可以降低成本和發現新的商機，在財務上創造獲利績效。例如個案公司將既有建築改成綠建築，其在改為綠建築的花費金額，3年即可回收。除此，個案公司實施節能減碳各項措施過程中，還發現充電樁、電動車、儲能系統與智慧城市等新的事業商機。最後，本研究彙總個案公司在節能減碳領域各項方法作為與經驗啟示，希望可供其他企業參考借鏡。關鍵詞：節能減碳、ESG、綠建築、再生能源、淨零排放、永續發展 ;With the increasingly severe global climate change, countries have developed various energy-saving and carbon-reduction policies to address the challenges brought by global climate change. This article uses a case study approach to explore the energy-saving and carbon-reduction strategies, methods, and benefits of the case company, analyzing its achievements and contributions in the field. This article not only discusses the case company′s energy-saving and carbon-reduction concepts and policies but also introduces its measures in building energy conservation, production energy conservation, product energy conservation, and transportation energy conservation, and summarizes the benefits of the case company′s energy-saving and carbon-reduction efforts. The case company is an enterprise dedicated to energy-saving and carbon-reduction, adhering to green and low-carbon development and promoting energy-saving and carbon-reduction policies. The case company continuously seeks various energy-saving and carbon-reduction methods to minimize the environmental impact of its production and business activities. This study found that, under the ESG trend, enterprises dedicated to implementing energy-saving and carbon-reduction are more likely to win the favor of investors. Implementing energy-saving and carbon-reduction not only does not increase operating costs but can also reduce costs and discover new business opportunities, creating financial performance. For example, the case company can recover the cost of transforming an existing building into a green building in three years. Moreover, during the implementation of energy-saving and carbon-reduction measures, the case company also discovered new business opportunities such as charging piles, electric vehicles, energy storage systems, and smart cities. Finally, this study summarizes the case company′s various methods and experiences in the field of energy-saving and carbon-reduction as inspiration and reference for other enterprises.
