知識移轉在網頁系統開發專案中尤為重要,因離職、換部門、緊急支援等狀況,專案中的開發人員有所異動為組織常見之現象。由於專案交付與驗收的時程壓力,迫使接管既有專案的開發人員需短時間內完成專案內必要的知識轉移,以便於開發新功能。在此情形下,如何進行知識移轉,為現今以系統開發為主要業務組織的重要課題。本研究嘗試用個案研究的方式,以電信業內開發物聯網網頁系統專案的部門為例,並聚焦於重視溝通合作的使用者介面開發工作,依據知識轉移流程模型與CMMI制度化設計來建構一套知識轉移的流程制度。本研究成果可作為未來網頁系統開發專案中,開發人員異動時的參考實踐,協助其順利導入永續化的知識轉移流程。;Knowledge transfer is particularly important in projects of web system development. It is a common phenomenon in organizations that developers undergo personal changes and reassignments due to members’ resignation, organizational restructuring, urgent support for another project, etc.. In view of pressure on development timeline for product delivery, developers should complete the necessary knowledge transfer within a short period of time in order to develop new functions. In this scenario, the way to transfer knowledge properly is a crucial issue for the organizations that primarily focused on system development in today’s world. This study attempts to use the method of case study, taking the department of IoT web system project development in the telecommunications industry as an example, and focuses on the user interface design works which are emphasized communication and collaboration. Furthermore, the study creates an institutional knowledge transfer process based on knowledge transfer process model and CMMI institutional design. The research finding can be used as future developers’ reference on situation of members’ change in web system development projects and recommendation of implementing sustainable knowledge transfer process smoothly.
