    Abstract: 本研究的核心是瀝青混凝土廠的評鑑制度,該制度從地方政府單位的驗廠到主管機關的推動。我們將現有的法規、施工綱要規範、國家標準以及專家學者的意見,融入到瀝青混凝土拌合廠的運作中。在驗廠過程中,我們進行了類似於小型評鑑的活動,並在評鑑中對「生產管理」、「品質管理」和「行政管理」這三大面向進行了深入的探討。
    除了必須符合相關規定外,我們還將 ISO/IEC 17065 的符合性評鑑觀念融入到評鑑制度中。在文件的撰寫上,我們不僅確保其符合法規,也確保其符合ISO/IEC 17065 的要求。我們認為,產品驗證是實現高品質產品的必經之路。
    此外,我們還將持續進行研究,以期能夠進一步提升瀝青混凝土拌合廠的運作效率和產品品質,並為瀝青混凝土產業的發展做出貢獻。我們期待能夠通過我們的努力,推動瀝青混凝土產業的持續改進,並為社會創造更大的價值。只有通過不間斷的學習和改進,我們將能實現我們的目標。;At the center of this study is the asphalt concrete plant accreditation system, which ranges from plant inspection by local government units to promotion by competent authorities. We incorporated existing regulations, construction outline specifications, national standards, and the opinions of experts and scholars into the operation of asphalt concrete mixing plants. In the course of the plant inspection, we conducted a mini appraisal of the plant, in which the three main aspects of "production management", "quality management" and "administrative management" were examined in depth.
    In addition to complying with the relevant regulations, we have incorporated the concept of ISO/IEC 17065 conformity assessment into the assessment system. In the writing of documents, we not only ensure that they comply with regulations, but also with ISO/IEC 17065. We believe that product validation is a necessary step towards the realization of high quality products.
    In addition, we will continue to conduct research to further improve the operational efficiency and product quality of asphalt concrete plants and contribute to the development of the asphalt concrete industry. We look forward to promoting the continuous improvement of the asphalt concrete industry and creating greater value for society through our efforts. We believe that only through continuous learning and improvement can we achieve our goals.
