    題名: 純正擴散接合用於實用尺寸鋁合金的結合強度評估;Bond Strength Evaluation on Genuine Diffusion Bonded Aluminum Alloy of Practically Usable Size

    摘要: 本研究針對鋁合金6061在進行擴散接合時不添加中間材料進行實驗,並且將不添加中間材料的方式定義為「純正擴散接合」,由此分析鋁合金6061在擴散接合後與母材的各項測試數據比較,包括了抗拉強度、硬度、伸長率、斷面縮率等。透過此次的實驗,我們可以發現,不易擴散接合成功的鋁合金,能夠達到與母材同等級的抗拉強度,甚至將對照組進行T6熱處理後,試片與母材的抗拉強度同步提升,仍能維持與母材相同的強度。
    實驗分別對鋁合金6061二片材料 (壓合後定義為T1、T2模塊) 及三片材料(壓合後定義為S組模塊) 進行擴散接合實驗。其中二片材料擴散接合的單片基材尺寸長*寬*厚為 120mm*100mm*20mm,使用二種不同擴散接合條件分別壓製成T1及T2模塊,並分別製成30mm高的工字型拉力試片各二組,一組有4片工字型拉力試片,令其中一組去做T6熱處理,另一組則不做T6熱處理 ; 而三片材料擴散接合的單片基材尺寸長*寬*厚為 120mm*70mm*5mm,壓製作成S模塊,並製成33mm高的Ⅰ字型與70mm高的Y字型剪力試片,Ⅰ字型試片和Y字型試片均未做T6熱處理。
    經過實驗結果顯示, T1模塊製成的工字型試片表現突出,試片與母材抗拉強度比可達到98%以上,未經T6熱處理前平均抗拉強度為126MPa,經T6熱處理後可提升至305MPa。而S模塊製成的剪力試片,Ⅰ字型與母材的抗剪強度比為79%,Y字型與母材的抗剪強度比為89%。由此實驗可知鋁合金6061的擴散接合強度能達到趨近於母材100%的程度,未來在產業的應用上應該研究如何維持其製程的穩定度,而能做更廣泛的應用。;This study conducts experiments on aluminum alloy 6061 without adding other metal or materials during diffusion bonding process and defines the method as Genuine Diffusion Bonding. It is to analyze the testing result after diffusion bonding process between aluminum alloy 6061 and the base material, including tensile strength, hardness, elongation, reduction of area, etc. Through this experiment, we can find that the aluminum alloys that are not easy to diffuse can reach the same level of tensile strength as the base material. The control group is processed with T6 heat treatment. The tensile strength of the test piece and the base material increase simultaneously, also the test piece can maintain the same strength as the base material.
    In the experiment of aluminum alloy 6061, two pieces (defined as T1 and T2 modules after pressing) and three pieces of materials (defined as S group modules after pressing) were carried out for diffusion bonding experiments. Among them, the size of the single substrate of two pieces of material for diffusion bonding is 120mm*100mm*20mm in length*width*thickness. Two different diffusion bonding conditions are used to press into T1 and T2 modules respectively, and respectively made into 30mm high I-shaped tension There are two groups of test pieces, one group has 4 pieces of I-shaped tensile test pieces, one group is made to do T6 heat treatment, and the other group is not. The size of the single substrate of the three pieces of material for diffusion bonding is 120mm*70mm*5mm in length*width*thickness, pressed into an S module, and made into a 33mm high I-shaped and a 70mm high Y-shaped shear test piece. Neither the I-shaped test piece nor the Y-shaped test piece is made of T6 heat treatment.
    The experimental results show that the I-shaped test piece made of T1 module has outstanding performance, and the tensile strength ratio of the test piece and the base material can reach more than 98%. The average tensile strength before T6 heat treatment is 126MPa. After T6 heat treatment, it can raise to 305MPa。For the shear test piece made of the S module, the shear strength ratio of the I-shape to the base material is 79%, and the shear strength ratio of the Y-shape to the base material is 89%. From this experiment, it shows that the diffusion bonding strength of aluminum alloy 6061 can reach a level close to 100% of that of the base material. In the future industrial applications, we should study how to maintain the stability of its manufacturing process, so that it can be used more widely.
