    Abstract: 品質對於工程而言是個很重要的指標,但在國內卻鮮少有文獻對於工程領域探討品質成本。好的品質成本可使承攬商與業主間取得利益最大化,也能降低專案失敗的機率。現行品質成本的計算方式仍以人工計算進行運算,計算過程繁複且耗時,因此本研究透過建置知識本體與電腦模擬品質成本模型,期望能提升計算效率。在此研究中分成兩大部分,第一部分運用知識本體技術建立品質成本知識庫,第二部分則是建立品質成本電腦模擬估算模式。在第一部份,利用Protégé 這套知識本體軟體技術,先建立品質成本知識庫;再利用SWRL規則語言進行推理,使用者能透過SQWRL規則語言搜尋選出符合條件下的作業品質成本資訊。在第二部份則運用蒙地卡羅模擬法,在不確定性品質成本狀態下進行1000次模擬,協助使用者取得不同機率下的品質成本。本研究透過柔性鋪面工程之品質成本結果進行分析,驗證此品質成本估算模型可運用於國內營造工程領域。使用者能利用此模型,概估計算公司品質成本,尤其是評估失敗成本,以利在品管活動上做更佳之規劃。;Quality is a significant indicator for construction but there is rare literature in Taiwan looking into quality cost in the construction domain. Good quality cost can maximize a contractor and an owner’s benefit and lower the probability of project failure. Current calculation methods of quality cost are based on manual calculation and the process is cumbersome and time-consuming. Thus, this study develops an ontology- and computer simulation-based quality cost model to improve calculation efficiency. The first part of this study is to deploy ontological modeling technique to establish quality cost knowledgebase. Protégé, an ontology editor, is used to first establish quality cost knowledgebase. SWRL rule language is then applied to reason about the knowledgebase to obtain cost estimations whereas SQWRL rule language is implemented to obtain required quality cost information based on filter conditions. The second part is to establish a computer simulation model with Monte Carlo simulation for quality cost estimation. The study simulates 1000 times under uncertain quality cost conditions. Different quality costs under various probabilities are obtained. This study validates the proposed model is applicable to the domestic construction domain through analyzing the quality cost date of a flexible pavement construction company. Users can use the model to estimate the quality cost of a construction company and specifically assess the failure cost to better plan for their quality management activities.
