Abstract:	在全球變遷影響下，台灣背景氣候場，包含溫度、水氣量、風場等綜觀因素，均受到相當程度的引響。建立船載氣象雷達操作能力，了解海洋降水系統的三維動力及雲物理場的特性，及其與降水效率的關係，不僅在科學上幫助我們對降雨過程的了解，增進各類型降水的成因。另外，在防災上，了解各類降水型態的控制因子，有助於針對潛在易致災的天氣系統，進行適當的應變。
