Abstract:	本計畫之執行結果可進一步運用高頻地波雷達電離層回波監測電離層不規則體的動力狀態，除了可進進人類對於電離層Es層不規則體的漂移現象之外，並可應用於高頻電離層天波雷達的越地平通信與目標物偵蒐，同時對於人造衛星的通訊品質的提升亦有所助益。
