    Abstract: 地震預警是大地震發生時即時發佈之警訊,地震風險則是評估未來數年乃至數十年大地震發生之風險。本研究計畫之目的是從事短時間(數日至數週)地震電離層前兆研究,以其對未來短期地震預測有所貢獻。相關成果將會是全球第一個有能力提供短期地震發生之時刻、規模、位置之研究計畫;大量減少人民生命財產之損失與危害。
