    Abstract: 全球暖化日益嚴重,影響作物生長,威脅糧食供應。是以解析植物如何對抗高溫逆境,進而培育出耐熱作物,有其必要性與迫切性。本研究計畫乃根據已知HSP40法尼脂化修飾能保護植物耐受高溫逆境的現象,設計實驗,以闡明該現象背後的分子機制。研究結果能從「知其然」進而「知其所以然」,對社會、經濟、學術發展皆能有實質貢獻。
