    Abstract: 本計畫提出之數位孿生平台,利用新穎主應變軸向量超音波心臟功能性影像與高解析度電生理重構模擬技術,產生非侵入、高解析度之心臟肌電力學混合的3D數位模型,可提供涵蓋心臟結構、心肌組成、局部灌流及心肌基質應力訊息之創新心臟功能造影。本計畫的AI模型與IOT醫療裝置在點診測即時回饋,可整合長期縱向由居家量測的生理訊號,提取其重要動態指標,再結合心臟功能造影得到的資訊及關係,進行深度表型分析,產出多個對應不同疾病預後風險的表現亞型,在臨床驗証及實踐的過程中達到早期診斷及預測心律不整、心臟衰竭或治療的成效,最終透過此平台,來達成對心衰病人的精準診斷、精準治療、與精準預防。
