    Abstract: 本計畫基於物理學與生理學的全心臟模擬技術,計算不同病徵下的心臟外膜電位分布與其對應的體表電位分布,並集結成數據集,利用稀疏表示式分類模型將實際量測的體表心電圖對應至模擬數據集的最佳解,而後產生虛擬心臟三維電氣分布。本計畫建構的非侵入式體表心電圖造影術具有下列優勢:1) 此技術不需催迫(stress test),即可篩檢出具有易感染遺傳特性的心肌組織或心肌基質特性已發生改變的患者,提早做預防處置;2)作為心律不整發生機制的診斷工具,用以輔助判斷最適合的介入治療方案;3) 可定位最佳心臟治療區域,如心導管電燒位置、標靶藥物或基因靶向等定位輔助;4)可輔助評估療效和長期預後追蹤等優點。
