Abstract:	在當今商業環境中，新創獨角獸的興起日益突顯，本研究計畫專注於創業前期資源庫如何影響創業期的治理動態。透過 Casciaro 和 Piskorski (2005) 的權力不平衡-互相依賴框架，研究探討團隊組建策略和創辦人人力資本對新創公司治理動態的影響。此外，還將考量場域特性和創辦人社會位置對這些關係的調節作用。這項研究為學術研究和實際創業管理提供寶貴見解，強調在動態創業環境中策略性資源獲取和適應的重要性。
