Abstract:	本計劃嘗試提出非監督式機器學習方法計算資料包絡分析的效率值，藉由KMEANS效率分群、多目標優化非凌駕的決策單位、找出被凌駕決策單位的參考標竿。研究結果準確度驗證將和資料包絡分析方法計算結果進行統計檢定。
