Abstract:	本團隊在學術發展上於近幾年針對膽固醇液晶結構、液晶偏振光學、智慧玻璃、光配向等有深入的研究，針對傾斜螺旋態膽固醇液晶、電致變色液晶、表面聲波/超聲波效應等研究則有初步測試的研究成果。未來將針對膽固醇液晶結構的學術研究規劃傾斜螺旋態對偏振厚光柵之調制，預期將可延伸至AR應用中；此外，持續對液晶偏振光學有更深入且趨於實際應用的研究，預期在學術上可釐清液晶在光學上對線偏振旋轉的條件與限制，並發展偏振旋轉器及偏振型空間光調制器。另規劃液晶光電元件及相關延伸應用，包含免摩擦配向製程之水平配向、光熱響應材料及自生能源智慧玻璃等，而電致變色液晶及超聲波效應為新穎的研究主題，相信可在光電科技應用上有相當的助益
