Abstract:	單細菌細胞壁生合成是一個具有挑戰性研究領域，我們將透過前緣的單細菌細胞壁追蹤，細菌外型轉變，與單細胞力學性質量測，探索活體細菌細胞壁生合成時間動力學。透過理解樣本生物最重要力學結構，我們將有機會擴展我們對於細菌生長的理解，也將有助於我們在未來和微生物的對抗中，尋找另一個物理性抗生素的全新切入點。
