    Abstract: 本研究規劃利用熱蒸鍍製程在軟性基板上製作高效率、高色彩純度以及高穩定性之PeLEDs元件,探討其未來作為新式軟性主動式顯示器以及照明元件應用之可能性。該新式的軟性基板電致發光元件,不但具有量子點材料的特性,更可結合OLED高色彩飽和度以及LEDs高穩定性的優點,將有助於提升我國在軟性基板LEDs以及可撓曲主動式發光顯示器領域的競爭力。
