Abstract:	研究探討企業在數位化與數位轉型浪潮下，資訊科技專業人員與企業在利用數位科技改善流程、創新商業模式時所需面對的競爭，甚至矛盾的需求，因而產生許多相衝突，或所謂悖論性的壓力。本計畫在個人與企業層次分析形成此類壓力之前因，與如何應對壓力，以能達到較佳的個人績效與企業雙元績效的達成。相關的研究成果應能在學術與實務上，有助於理解衝突性壓力的來源與部分的解決之道。
