Abstract:	本計畫希望透過點線面的方式來強化整體社會的數位韌性，先釐清個人的數位脆弱度後，再利用數位工具教育強化個人的數位脆弱面。接著利用元宇宙技術將家庭鏈結起來形成具有韌性的線，最終形成一面強韌的網。這些網上的所有點都因為數位教育而強化其個人的數位能力，依靠人與人的互相扶植，才成造就一個具有回復力的數位韌性網。
