Abstract:	本計畫採取跨政權研究途徑、參酌新制度經濟學理論，全面性考察日治時期到戰後的1960年代為止，台灣人資本如何嗣應國家權力所導入的現代公司制度。台灣現代公司制度發展，可以區分為1895年至1911年、1912年至1929年、1930年至1945年、1945年至1960年代等四個階段。依循此四個階段、本計畫將全面性考察日治時期到戰後的1960年代為止，台灣人資本如何嗣應國家權力所導入的現代公司制度，嘗試分析制度性因素對於台灣人資本在不同時期運用現代公司制度產生那些規範性作用，台灣人資本面對現代公司制度的抗拒與選擇，如何反映出了更深層次的制度性挑戰和調整，期盼能替台灣企業史研究領域帶來新的視野和啟發。
