    Abstract: 基於現有研究能量,配合國家智慧機械趨勢和智動化政策,發展應用動力刮削技術於歪斜軸減速機的蝸桿元件製造及動力蝸削刀具設計,以及Vericut動力刮削製造模擬,可應用於機器手指關節及仿生機構等需小空間、自鎖功能和高減速比特性需求,包含五型(ZA、ZI、ZK、ZN、ZC)圓柱型蝸桿、新式ZI型雙包絡蝸桿和Spiroid型錐蝸桿等。研究成果將實質提升國內精密傳動產業的技術水準,為本土產業帶來創新與國際競爭力。
