    摘要: 本研究論文旨在探討台灣商用汽車產業中,製造執行系統對於提升生產線效率與實現數位化轉型的影響。以G公司為研究對象,一家在台灣商用汽車組裝行業具有代表性的企業,本文透過價值流圖工具分析其生產流程,識別流程中的浪費點,並導入製造執行系統及相關數位化工具來改善這些問題。研究首先對G公司的生產流程進行了深入分析,利用價值流圖展示了產線中的非有價值活動和瓶頸問題。隨後,研究提出了一系列改善措施,包括導入製造執行系統,電子式扭力板手,以及數位製程點檢表,旨在提升生產效率、降低成本、並增強產品品質管理。導入製造執行系統後,G公司能夠更有效地管理生產資料、即時監控生產進度,並透過系統整合實現了更精準的生產排程和物料需求計劃。此外,電子式扭力板手的使用提升了組裝過程中扭力控制的精準度,而數位製程點檢表則改善了質量檢查的效率和準確性。本研究結果顯示,透過這些改善措施,G公司不僅實現了生產流程的最佳化,降低了生產成本,同時也提高了生產資料的可視化和管理效率,進而增強了企業的市場競爭力。此外,本研究的發現對於其他商用汽車製造商實施生產線效率改善和數位化轉型具有參考價值,幫助他們識別改善機會,減少嘗試失敗的風險。;This research paper aims to explore the impact of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on improving production line efficiency and achieving digital transformation in Taiwan′s commercial vehicle industry. Taking Company G as the subject of study, a representative enterprise in Taiwan′s commercial vehicle assembly industry, this paper analyzes its production process through the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) tool, identifies waste points in the process, and introduces MES and related digital tools to improve these issues. The study first conducted an in-depth analysis of Company G′s production process, using the Value Stream Map to show non-value-added activities and bottlenecks in the production line. Subsequently, the study proposed a series of improvement measures, including the introduction of MES, electronic torque wrenches, and digital process checklists, aiming to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen product quality management. After introducing the MES, Company G was able to manage production data more effectively, monitor production progress in real-time, and achieve more accurate production scheduling and material requirement planning through system integration. Additionally, the use of electronic torque wrenches improved the precision of torque control during assembly, while the digital process checklists enhanced the efficiency and accuracy of quality inspections. The results of this study show that through these improvement measures, Company G not only optimized its production process and reduced production costs but also improved the visualization and management efficiency of production data, thereby enhancing the company′s market competitiveness. Furthermore, the findings of this research offer valuable references for other commercial vehicle manufacturers to implement production line efficiency improvements and digital transformation, helping them identify improvement opportunities and reduce the risk of trial failures.
