    Title: 健全之零件採購作業對品項管理的價值 - 以汽車業為例

    Abstract: 至今服務進口車多年經驗,進口汽車品牌旗下的車主與客戶依舊對零件供應率感到
    不滿意,因為常常需待料少則 2 天多則 25 天甚至長達數月,造成車主用車的不方便之
    困惱,即使有提供代步車,原因是車庫大小不合、意外事故時保險理賠差異以及駕馭車
    子熟悉度等等問題所苦,對經營汽車業來說也往往因此產生客戶抱怨,增加了成本的處
    理費用與時間及人力。
    基於改善零件供率能如國產車之速度和解決缺料與待料太久的困擾,再加公司
    推出要改善解決零件管理的作業章法與流程,可惜未能如期達到目標;於是對此作業系
    統的改進分析之想法和概念由然而生,多年以來對汽車業各部門的運作方式都瞭如指掌,
    對國外與國內的零件採購作業、物流作業、安全庫存量、周轉率以及供應率亦能提出其
    智慧運作的政策以及有效方法來解決此問題,尤其近年來科技的進步與電腦的強大功能
    運作系統,可廣泛拿來利用與運用在零配件作業計畫執行和實際流程運用上。用來研究
    原廠與總代理以及總代理與經銷商零件合作之運作模式,探究與研討出一套適合台灣地
    區零件作業的自動化的一致性作業和標準化的流程作業之系統,並規劃利用現代突飛猛
    進的科技軟體作業系統與硬體設備,來導入實用的新科技作業軟體以及先進的硬體設備
    搭配起來可完成此任務,以解決進口車零件待料太久和克服常缺料的困境及詬病。
    主要會利用先進的科技與強大電腦功能來作業可得事半功倍的效果,如 SWOT 市
    場分析和 PDCA 循環式管理以及 ERP 與 SAP 作業系統,更需要運用電腦做歷史銷售零件
    的大數據統計分析出正確適合之參數進入建構的零件採購作業系統,使能完善創立出健
    全之零件採購作業系統對零件品項管理的價值充分展現出來,也能讓此計畫成功用於零
    件採購訂單作業系統上,使得零件採購訂單作業系統之研究能達到目標與目的,以解決
    進口車多年以來零件供應率問題,創造出能提供良好供應率與適切的安全庫存量,進而
    獲有優質的周轉率和庫存月數以解決缺料與待料久之問題、健全了安全庫存量解決投入
    大量資金問題、高效的周轉率解決資金積壓問題以及適當的庫存月數解決降低成本問題

    以及如此才能提升進口車企業之高品質的服務滿意度與強勁的競爭力,即可獲得永續發
    展和持續經營之目的與目標。;So far, we have many years of experience in servicing imported cars. Car owners
    and customers of imported car brands are still dissatisfied with the parts supply rate, because
    they often have to wait for parts for as little as 2 days, as long as 25 days or even for several
    months. Even if a scooter is provided, the inconvenience caused to car owners is caused by
    problems such as the size of the garage, differences in insurance claims in the event of an
    accident, and familiarity with driving the car. This often causes problems for the automobile
    industry. Customer complaints have increased the processing costs, time and manpower.
    Based on the fact that improving the parts supply rate can match the speed of
    domestically produced cars and solve the problems of shortage of materials and long wait
    time for materials, In addition, the company has launched operational regulations and
    processes to improve parts management. It’s a pity that the goal was not achieved as expected
    . So the ideas and concepts for improving the analysis of this operating system emerged. Over
    the years, I have a thorough understanding of how various departments in the automotive
    industry operate. For foreign and domestic parts procurement operations, logistics operations,
    safety inventory, turnover rate and supply rate, we can also propose smart operation policies
    and effective methods to solve this problem. Especially in recent years, the advancement of
    technology and the powerful functions of computers can be widely used in the execution of
    spare parts operation plans and actual process applications. It is used to study the operating
    model of parts cooperation between original manufacturers and general agents, as well as
    between general agents and dealers, and to explore and develop a system for automated
    consistent operations and standardized process operations suitable for parts operations in
    Taiwan. We also plan to use modern technological software operating systems and hardware
    equipment that are rapidly advancing to introduce practical new technology operating
    software and advanced hardware equipment to complete this task, so as to solve the problem

    of long waiting times for imported car parts and overcome the constant shortage of materials.
    difficulties and criticisms. Mainly, we will use advanced technology and powerful computer
    functions to achieve twice the result with half the effort, such as SWOT market analysis,
    PDCA cycle management and ERP and SAP operating systems. We also need to use
    computers to do big data statistical analysis of historical sales parts to determine the correct
    and suitable ones. Parameters are entered into the constructed parts procurement operating
    system, It enables the creation of a sound parts procurement operating system to fully
    demonstrate the value of parts item management. It also allows this project to be successfully
    used in the parts purchase order operating system, so that the research on the parts purchase
    order operating system can achieve its goals and objectives. In order to solve the problem of
    parts supply rate for imported cars for many years, we have created a good supply rate and
    appropriate safety inventory, and then obtained a high-quality turnover rate and inventory
    months to solve the problem of shortage of materials and long waiting for materials, and
    improved safety. The amount of inventory solves the problem of investing a lot of money, the
    efficient turnover rate solves the problem of capital backlog, and the appropriate number of
    months of inventory solves the problem of cost reduction. And only in this way can imported
    car companies improve their high-quality service satisfaction and strong competitiveness, and
    achieve the goals and objectives of sustainable development and sustainable operations.
