    摘要: 在全球暖化越來越嚴重的情況下,國際組織、各大企業皆以2050年要達到淨零碳排為目標。運輸產業占溫室氣體總排放量約14%,在全球組織、各國政府、民營企業的法規政策壓力下,運輸產業面臨不得不加快轉型為綠色物流的壓力。本研究主要探討國際快遞業者,是否能夠在不考慮購買綠電憑證的情況下,透過架設再生能源裝置所產生的綠電,提升電動車隊使用綠電的比例,來避免將將範疇一的碳排轉移至範疇二的碳排,實際達到減少碳排的效益。根據桃園機場周圍的地理環境,所蒐集的日射量、風速資料,推算出年度的發電量,根據研究結果顯示,快遞轉運中心的太陽能裝置容量約677W,年平均日射量為4.5kW/m2,一年的累積發電量約1,008,596kWh,風力裝置選用額定風速則為12m/s,700W的小型垂直風力發電機,裝置容量約6300W,因平均風速為3.97m/s,一年的累積發電量約8,167kWh,物流車隊根據現有的電動貨車規格,透過電池容量、續航里程估算一年用電量約1,300,300kWh,本研究透過風光互補系統所產生的綠電總發電量約1,016,763kWh,僅能夠支援電動車隊用電量的75%。其中部分路線尚未能適合運輸需求的電動貨車可取代燃油貨車,所以零碳排的行動還需要依賴科技的發展來達成目標。,由於風力發電效益不高,快遞轉運中心僅考慮裝設太陽能模組的情況下,產生1,008,596kWh的發電量,其成本大約為新台幣3,630,946元,一年約可省下新台幣322,751元碳價。;In the face of worsening global warming, international organizations and major corporations are aiming to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2050. The transportation industry accounts for approximately 14% of total greenhouse gas emissions. Under pressure from regulatory policies of global organizations, national governments, and private enterprises, the transportation industry is compelled to accelerate its transition to green logistics. This study primarily investigates whether international express delivery companies can increase the proportion of green energy used by their electric vehicle fleets through the installation of renewable energy devices, without considering the purchase of green electricity certificates. This aims to avoid shifting Scope 1 carbon emissions to Scope 2 emissions, thereby genuinely reducing carbon emissions.
    Based on the geographic environment around Taoyuan Airport and the collected data on solar radiation and wind speed, the annual power generation was estimated. The study results indicate that the express hub′s solar installation capacity is approximately 677W, with an average annual solar radiation of 4.5kW/m2, leading to an annual cumulative power generation of about 1,008,596kWh. The selected wind power device has a rated wind speed of 12m/s and uses small vertical wind turbines of 700W, with an installation capacity of approximately 6300W. Due to an average wind speed of 3.97m/s, the annual cumulative power generation is about 8,167kWh. Based on the existing specifications of electric trucks, the estimated annual electricity consumption of the logistics fleet is about 1,300,300kWh. This study shows that the total green power generated by the hybrid wind-solar system is approximately 1,016,763kWh, which can only support 75% of the electric vehicle fleet′s electricity consumption.
    Some routes still cannot be served by electric trucks that meet transportation needs, so achieving zero carbon emissions will still rely on technological advancements. Given the limited benefits of wind power generation, the express hub, considering only the installation of solar modules, can generate 1,008,596kWh of electricity, with a cost of approximately TWD 3,630,946, and potentially save about TWD 322,751 in carbon pricing.
