摘要: | 隨著全球人口老化和COVID-19疫情的影響,藥品需求不斷增加,各國更加重視供應鏈的穩定性。製藥企業必須在保持產品品質的同時,應對降價壓力和各種經濟挑戰。本研究旨在應用層級分析法探討影響台灣原料藥生產決策的關鍵因素,以C公司為研究對象,台灣原料藥製造業主要以出口為導向,面臨來自中國和印度的在價格和規模經濟方面激烈競爭,為提升競爭力,台灣原料藥企業需優化生產流程,以降低成本,並同時保持高品質標準為目標。本研究的目的是識別和分析影響生產決策的關鍵因素,並藉由層級分析法對其關鍵因素進行排序,提供企業支持性的見解。本研究建立的層級架構包含6個構面和26項關鍵因素,研究結果顯示,影響生產決策的關鍵因素依重要性排序為:產品產出、回收物料、選擇產品、人力工時、物料品質、庫存控制、市場資訊建立和佈局、標準化程序建立、設備維護保養、符合法規及客戶要求、物料價格。C公司可參考這些結果來進行生產決策及制定相關計畫,期望能幫助C公司優化資源分配,實現企業目標。此外,期望本研究的AHP架構也可以供其他原料藥製造業者分析,識別自身競爭優勢和目標,並對其他相關研究提供參考和啟發。;As the global population ages and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic continues, the demand for pharmaceuticals is steadily increasing. Countries are placing greater emphasis on the stability of supply chains. Pharmaceutical companies must maintain product quality while facing price reduction pressures and various economic challenges. This study aims to apply the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to explore the key factors influencing the production decisions in Taiwan′s Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing industry, using Company C as a case study. The Taiwanese API manufacturing industry is primarily export-oriented and faces intense competition from China and India, particularly in terms of price and economies of scale. To enhance competitiveness, Taiwanese API companies need to optimize their production processes to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards. The objective of this study is to identify and analyze the key factors affecting production decisions and rank these factors using the AHP method, thereby providing supportive insights for businesses. The hierarchical framework established in this study consists of six dimensions and 26 key factors. The research results indicate that the key factors influencing production decisions, in order of importance, are: product yield, material recovery, product selection, labor hours, material quality, inventory control, market information establishment and layout, standard procedure establishment, equipment maintenance, compliance with regulations and customer requirements, and material prices. Company C can refer to these results to make production decisions and formulate relevant plans, aiming to help optimize resource allocation and achieve corporate goals. Furthermore, it is hoped that the AHP framework established in this study can also be used by other API manufacturers to analyze and identify their competitive advantages and objectives, and provide references and insights for other related studies. |
